We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kensington store. This is a great development opportunity for an ambitious retail leader looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of four colleagues, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll do
• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
• Coach and develop a team of four colleagues.
• Drive sales performance and deliver store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operations.
• Represent the store confidently during stakeholder visits.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager is preferred.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Comfortable coaching colleagues and supporting performance.
• Professional and confident with visiting stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Optical experience is welcome but not essential.
